A Whole Child Education is one of the guiding principles at St. Andrew's. Students benefit from programs like Mindfulness, Social Emotional Learning, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, and so many more!
In this course, students learn how to approach every type of SAT or ACT question and how to pace themselves during the exam. This course will be useful to all college-bound students whether they are shooting for a perfect score, aiming for a moderate score increase, or looking to become familiar with the test for the first time.
The teachers for this course are Evan Otto and Matt Kelly, both of whom have decades of experience preparing students for these tests.
The course is offered once a summer, and the session dates are listed below. This class is intended for rising juniors and seniors (the class of ‘27 and the class of ‘28), but rising sophomores are welcome too, as are students from other schools. Students have a choice between the SAT class or the ACT class and they are welcome to switch at any time.
Session dates (10 class meetings from 10am-12:30pm):
Week 1 - Monday July 6 through Friday July 10
DIAGNOSTIC TEST - Saturday July 11, 10am-2pm
Week 2 - Monday July 13 through Friday July 17
Online registration for Summer at St. Andrew's 2026 is now open to everyone, including non-SAS families.
