Bio
Steven has been coaching with the St. Andrew’s Baseball program since 2005 and has been the Head Coach of the program since 2010. He coached the Crusaders to a Division 2 SPC championship in 2011 and helped coach the Crusaders to three Division 1 tournament berths during his time as an assistant coach. Steven also serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Upper School and is a 9^th grade advisor.

Steven, a graduate of St. Andrew’s school (grades 1-12), was a three sport athlete in high school, lettering in football, basketball, and baseball during his high school career. He went on to St. Edward’s University and received a BA in Criminal Justice. Steven began his coaching career in 2003 as a baseball coach/instructor with the Austin Baseball Club (ABC). He coached at with the Austin Baseball Club for 12 years.

Steven is a member of the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association and the American Baseball Coaches Association.

When he is away from the baseball field, Steven likes to spend time with his wife and family, attend live sporting events, and enjoy Austin’s live music scene.
